WHISPA™ Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for subscriptions, add-ons, and other digital purchases made through WHISPA™.

1. Overview
WHISPA offers paid subscriptions and separate paid add-ons.
WHISPA subscriptions may be available for different billing periods, including 1-month, 3-month, and 12-month plans.
WHISPA also offers separate add-ons that may be purchased outside of a subscription. These add-ons are:
Sign
Glow
Magic Sync
Some WHISPA subscription plans may include a certain number of add-ons during a specific subscription period.
Refunds depend on the platform through which the purchase was made.

2. App Store Purchases
If you purchase a WHISPA subscription, Sign, Glow, Magic Sync, or any other digital item through the Apple App Store, your purchase is processed by Apple.
WHISPA does not directly process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store.
To request a refund for an App Store purchase, please use Apple's official refund process at:
reportaproblem.apple.com
Refund eligibility and approval are determined by Apple in accordance with Apple's own policies and applicable law.

3. Google Play Purchases
If you purchase a WHISPA subscription, Sign, Glow, Magic Sync, or any other digital item through Google Play, your purchase is processed by Google.
WHISPA does not directly process refunds for purchases made through Google Play unless required by applicable law or platform rules.
To request a refund for a Google Play purchase, please follow Google Play's official refund process and select the relevant WHISPA purchase.
Refund eligibility and approval are determined by Google in accordance with Google Play's own policies and applicable law.

4. Subscriptions
WHISPA subscriptions may be offered as 1-month, 3-month, and 12-month plans.
Subscriptions provide access to premium benefits for the selected billing period.
Depending on the subscription plan, your subscription may include a certain number of Sign, Glow, Magic Sync, or other included benefits during the applicable subscription period.
Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period according to the rules of the platform through which the subscription was purchased.
Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for previous charges.
For App Store subscriptions, you must manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
For Google Play subscriptions, you must manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account subscription settings.

5. Add-ons
WHISPA offers separate paid add-ons:
Sign
Glow
Magic Sync
Add-ons may be purchased separately from a subscription or may be included in certain subscription plans.
Some add-ons may be used, activated, consumed, delivered, or made available immediately after purchase.
Once Sign, Glow, Magic Sync, or another add-on has been used, activated, consumed, delivered, or made available to your account, it may not be refundable unless required by applicable law, platform rules, or caused by a confirmed technical issue.

6. Technical Issues
If you believe a paid subscription, included benefit, or add-on did not work correctly because of a technical issue, please contact us at:

Please include your account email, purchase date, platform, purchase type, and a short description of the issue. Technical issue reports should be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
If we confirm that the issue was caused by WHISPA and the purchased subscription access, included benefit, or add-on was not delivered or made available, we may offer a replacement, credit, or another appropriate solution where permitted by the relevant platform rules.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, any monetary refund may need to be requested through the relevant platform.

7. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Unless required by applicable law or platform rules, WHISPA generally does not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, unused time, partially used subscription periods, unused included benefits, unused add-ons, or failure to cancel a subscription before renewal.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund decisions are handled by the relevant platform.

8. Jurisdiction-Specific Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where applicable law gives you mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer protection rights, those rights will apply regardless of anything stated in this Refund Policy.

European Union, EEA & United Kingdom. You may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by completing your purchase and accessing Premium features or add-ons, you explicitly acknowledge that digital content is delivered immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you have not yet accessed the content, you may contact us within 14 days to request a refund.

Brazil. Under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC), consumers who purchase digital services online may have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If you have not yet used or activated the purchased item, you may contact us within 7 days to request a refund.

Australia. Australian consumers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund. Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Canada. Canadian consumers, including residents of Ontario and Quebec, may have additional rights regarding automatic subscription renewal and cancellation under applicable provincial consumer protection law.

All other jurisdictions. Where applicable law gives you mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer protection rights, those rights apply regardless of anything stated in this Refund Policy.
